some of the web site’s idiosyncrasies, provide information
of new pages and to elicit comments from you about either
the website or specific content in the website.

The website does have a record of it’s updates at
http://hoodes.com/webupdates.html but I will expand the one-line summary on this blog.

Heres some more info about the main page:

  • Picture of Me on the top left This is a random display
    of over 150 images I have taken of myself over the
    years. I can’t eliminate it but if you don’t like a picture,
    press refresh/reload and a different image will appear.

  • Photos pictures I have taken since 2003 and range from Dear Daughter to My Favorites from 2003-present. All the images here were taken by myself. This is different from the pictures of my grandchildren which were taken by the mothers of the grandchildren

  • Rides descriptions and pictures of Bicycle Rides I have taken in the Puget Sound Region. My favorite ride is The Thursday Social Ride

  • Life Mottos which is a collection of not just what I live by but things which stick in my craw. They range from a note about Rocketboomwhich is a video blog from NYC to a quote (probably a misquote) from Rainier Maria Rilke.

  • Radio Showsis a list of the Radio Shows in the Seattle Area (All public radio stations) that I record and archive on my computer.
